Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged Goods
If you notice any damage to your goods please let us know at the time of delivery by emailing us at order@rubia.com.au or calling on 1300 889 829. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time.

Faulty Goods
If your goods are deemed faulty within their Warranty Period, we will facilitate Warranty Replacement or Repair though the manufacturer.
